A fun to make appetizer perfect for snacks, appetizers, or just to keep in the fridge when you need a healthy and quick snack. My Hummus Stuffed Mini Peppers are also a great dish for parties – always a crowd pleaser ! Make your own hummus or use store bought either way this is a delicious dish.
Ingredients:
1 Bag Mini Peppers
1 Container Hummus (you can also make your own by clicking HERE for recipe)
Directions:
Wash peppers , cut off tops leaving enough of an opening to stuff., give the pepper a quick shake to remove seeds.
Using a small spoon, stuff the peppers with the hummus. Garnish with
sprigs of chives or other herbs from your garden.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
