1CupGluten Free, Quick Cooking Oats
Put bananas in a bowl and using a fork, mash up the bananas.
Add the oatmeal and cinnamon to the bowl and combine with the bananas
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with dairy free cooking spray. Drop by rounded Tablespoon full onto baking sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
