Power up with this smoothie high in antioxidants and vitamins

  • Blender


  • 1 handful kale, washed and torn or chopped into smaller pieces.
  • 1 handful fresh spinach , washed and torn or chopped into smaller pieces
  • 1 nub ginger
  • 1 banana
  • 5 dates, seed removed
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut water


  • Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency. Drink or make into a smoothie topped with your favorite smoothie toppings.
