1can black beans, drained, rinsed, pat dry to remove excess water
3Tavocado oil (or oil of your choice)
3t3 tablespoons tahini
juice of one small lemon
1clove garlic ,or more to taste
1/4tsweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4T water, adding at a proportion of 1 T as needed to achieve desired thickness or creaminess
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a food processor and puree until desired consistency. I like mine on the chunky side but you may like yours smoother. Top with a dash of paprika
