Traditional Italian cookie turned dairy free, vegan and gluten free

- 3/4 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
- 1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons Ansiette
- 1 teaspoon anise seed
