So just what is the Worcester GF&AF Expo all about? Here’s more in a Q&A:
What is the GF&AF Expo?
The Expo is the biggest gluten free and allergen friendly event in the U.S. It is held in cities across the U.S. and throughout the year . The expos are designed to meet the food needs of the food allergy and celiac community as well as those with auto-immune, inflammatory diseases and autism.
What can attendees do at these expos?
Sample delicious food allergy safe and gluten free products, learn from experts and bond with others in the food allergy and gluten free community.
What type of classes will be taught?
Your admission ticket gets you into the expo and into all the classes with topics like, How to Convert Recipes to Gluten Free and Dairy Free, Guide to Gluten Free Shopping, Leaky Gut and Chiropractic Care to name just a few.
