What is the GF&AF Expo?
The Expo is the biggest gluten free and allergen friendly event in the U.S. The expos are designed to meet the food needs of the food allergy and celiac community as well as those with auto-immune, inflammatory diseases and autism.
What can attendees do at these expos?
