after hip surgery, then took 2 crowded trains to Perry Street to visit a friend. And all the time the virus was in NYC but we did not know.

How life has changed in a year.

But #BetterDaysAreComing. Vaccines are here! So grateful to the scientists who will save the world. So grateful to have my 2 doses of the Moderna vaccine. Can't wait for you to get yours'

People always ask me why I like going to #Disney and I always list the food as just one reason
.
As someone with #FoodAllergies it is not easy to eat out - except when I'm at Disney. The chefs go above and beyond to accommodate those with special dietary needs.

My most favorite restaurant is Sanaa at Kidani Animal Kingdom Lodge. I eat here every birthday and multiple times each trip.

So today would have been the start of the Princess

So today would have been the start of the Princess Marathon Expo at the ESPN sports facility at #WaltDisneyWorld World.

The Expo is great fun and something I look forward to every year. Runners can take classes including yoga, classes on using foam rollers, classes from experienced runners offering tips and tricks to improve your running.

And then of course there's the Expo floor which is full of all sorts of great running gear and deals!

The past couple of years I've attended classes with @jeffgallowayolympian and have thoroughly enjoyed learning from this Olympic marathon runner and using his run walk technique.

I love the different tours #Disney offers I've gone on many, and last year for my #AnnualBirthdayTrip (except this year) I took the Caring for Elephants tour at Animal Kingdom Park.

It's a 60 minute tour on the elephant savannah where you learn about these majestic creatures, their caring and food needs,and how we can work to preserve this species
