We are already a week into the #CookieCountdown22 and on Day 7 I present you with these delicious and refreshing Peppermint Patties from Meg @allergy_awesomeness

These #cookies are made with just 6 ingredients and are #DairyFree #Vegan and #GlutenFree. Meg says the rich chocolate coating holds a soft, chewy #peppermint center that makes for the perfect #holiday treat. Make a double batch because these will not last long!
