Blueberry Love

This smoothie recipe is inspired by one that is made and sold at Pure Love Smoothie Bar in Burlington, Canada. It’s of course dairy free, vegan and gluten free. Feel free to substitute your favorite nut milk.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup coconut water, or plain water

1 cup blueberries ,fresh or frozen. I like to use frozen because it makes the Smoothie cold

1 small avocado, peeled and center seed removed

1 tbsp hemp seed

1 tbsp flaxseed

5 almonds

5 Medjool dates, pitted

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender like a Vitamix and blend until desired consistency .If you like a thinner smoothie add more water.
