It’s May and that means it’s Food Allergy and Allergy Awareness Month. But when you have a food allergy or other environmental or seasonal allergies, you live with your allergies every day of the year.
My skin is especially sensitive and allergic to a lot of things like nickle, parabens, dyes to name just a couple.
