It’s May and that means it’s Food Allergy and Allergy Awareness Month. But when you have a food allergy or other environmental or seasonal allergies, you live with your allergies every day of the year.

My skin is especially sensitive and allergic to a lot of things like nickle, parabens, dyes to name just a couple. Having food allergies makes it especially important to read ingredient lists even on makeup and skin care. I’ve learned this hard way, buying cheap makeup filled with harsh ingredients and chemical that made me break out in rashes and have eczema flare ups. I’ve had severe allergic reactions from makeup on my eye lids and face. It got to a point where I just couldn’t use makeup. But then Red Apple Lipstick saved me and made me feel pretty again — because let’s face it — a little bit of makeup, a splash of color, can really brighten your face and enhance a smile.

My first purchase from Red Apple Lipstick included 1 mascara, 1 eyeliner and an eye shadow. I had stopped wearing eye makeup and my eyelashes had become extremely thin and depleted. Truthfully, I was skeptical that Red Apple would be as fantastic as it is. But, my eyes stopped itching and my eyelashes actually grew fully back ! From that point forward I have been a dedicated Red Apple Lipstick Girl and now use its Lipstick, Blush, and Rallye Balm in addition to all the eye makeup.

What makes Red Apple Lipstick different? The makeup is different for what it DOES NOT contain: no dairy, no gluten, no corn, no peanuts, no eggs, no apples.
