Perfect for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack, this smoothie is full of health benefits.
Many of the ingredients in this smoothie fight inflammation and offer an array of vitamins and minerals. Kale is a great source of vitamins k, c and a and it’s high in calcium and potassium.

Spinach is high in fiber which will make you feel full and help you eat less. It is low in calories and high in antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS:
1 handful kale, washed and torn or chopped into smaller pieces.
1 handful fresh spinach , washed and torn or chopped into smaller pieces.
1 nub Ginger
1 banana
5 five dates, seed removed
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp hemp seed
t teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup coconut water
DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency. Drink or make into a smoothie topped with your favorite smoothie toppings.
