Amore di Mona is the most exquisite dairy free and vegan chocolate you will ever taste and it’s gluten and nut free too! Here’s more about this outstanding chocolate that’s terrific for those of us with and without food allergies:
What is Amore di Mona?
We are a collective of nutrition-focused food artisans and health care providers. Within our families and circle of friends lies the source of our initial inspiration as many of them have food allergies, diabetes, gluten intolerance or have chosen a vegan lifestyle.
Are your chocolates food allergy friendly?
Yes! Our chocolates are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, tree and peanut free and contain no preservatives or artificial flavors. Our chocolates are also non-GMO.
What is Amore di Mona’s company mission?
We create masterpiece, allergen free, low glycemic, vegan chocolates using ingredients that while essential for some, are enjoyable by all.
How did the company get its start?
We began making our own chocolate for our special diet dessert cakes, cookies and muffins because at the time no soy, nut, gluten and milk free options were available in the market to purchase. In response, we created a chocolate using only raw, organic, Fair Trade agave nectar, cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Soon thereafter, customers began asking to buy just the chocolate. At their request we developed the luxurious European style chocolate selections that we offer today.
Tell us about the ingredients you use in your chocolates
