A perfect and easy treat to eat yourself or serve to guests. These strawberries are great for parties and festive for the holidays. And after eating all those holiday sugar cookies, these chocolate dipped strawberries will satisfy a sweet tooth and provide nutrients and vitamins from the strawberries.

Use a combination of white and dark chocolate and serve on a festive platter for a beautiful presentation.
Ingredients:
1 Container Strawberries – Try to find a container with really big strawberries
1 Bag Vegan Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Wash and dry strawberries , leaving stem on.
- In double boiler, melt ½ bag chocolate chips. Keep heat on low and stir often to prevent burning. If you don’t have a double boiler, stack a smaller pot inside a larger one filled with water, or melt chips in microwave safe bowl. Start with 30 seconds on high, stir, then microwave another 15 seconds and stir. Repeat until chips are melted. Melt more chips as needed.
- Once chips are melted, hold strawberry by stem and dip, one at a time, into chocolate. Lay onto wax paper to dry and for chocolate to harden on strawberry.
- Repeat step 3 with remaining strawberries.
- Chill until serving.
