These pretty cookies will look lovely on your holiday table.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, 2 tsp sugar, 1 cup almond milk, 120 grams all purpose gluten free flour sifted, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon extract ,confectioner’s sugar for dusting.
Whisk all ingredients together
Heat oil and iron to 375 degrees. Blot excess oil off iron. Place batter into iron. Transfer to oil. Fry until rolling boil ceases .Cool completely on paper towels l Dust with powdered sugar

That’s My Jam Christmas Cookies from GFDF-Me on Instagram
A sugar cookie filled with a plum jam filling.
Made with Sweet Loren’s sugar cookie mix. Follow directions on box for making the cookies. Cool cookies and spread the jam on ne cookie and top with another cookie. Place back in oven just for the jam to slightly melt so it sets. Remove from oven and cool. Pour melted dairy free chocolate chips on top and add Christmas sprinkles.
