Easter season can be a fun time as kids and adults look to see what’s in their Easter Basket. But for those with food allergies, especially to milk and nuts, the fun could turn dangerous.
Take a look at most chocolate or candy and you will see the ingredients often include milk. So how do you fill an Easter basket for those with a milk allergy or someone who eats vegan? Below are some delicious options! Click on the brand name to reach its website and get info on ordering. Be sure to check shipping deadlines so items arrive on time. If you are unsure of what to buy, most shops offer downloadable gift cards.
Of course, you can also check your local stores for dairy free and vegan chocolate. Just be sure to read labels and ask if items are made on shared equipment with milk and other allergens.
