Tell us about Hilary’s
In 2005, our founder created her original veggie burger recipe for her restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas. She wanted it to taste great and be free of all common food allergens and artificial ingredients. She met all of her goals with that recipe, and customers soon named it “The World’s Best Veggie Burger.” In 2010, she started Hilary’s with the intention of creating delicious, convenient, “free-from” products for everyone.

Our certified organic ingredients are real food, minimally processed and as close to their natural state as possible. We will never include any common allergens in our products. That means they are all dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn-free and nut-free.
