A unique rice dish that everyone will love and super easy to make. All it takes is rice and some coconut water! This rice dish has such a unique flavor and lends itself to be a great accompaniment to many other dishes including curry recipes and anywhere that you need a little bit of extra coconut flavor.

Instructions:
1 Cup Rice (or amount needed to feed the number of people you are serving)
2 Cups Coconut Water (You can also use 1/2 coconut water and 1/2 tap water)
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions on package except substitute coconut water, It’s that simple!
